Depuis 2020, la Fondation Ardian place au cœur de son activité les actions en faveur de la petite enfance afin de renforcer son impact social, tout en poursuivant ses actions vers d’autres tranches d’âge.
Elle soutient les projets d’une cinquantaine d’associations en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique (France, Italie, Allemagne, Espagne, Luxembourg, Suisse, Chine, Royaume-Uni, États-Unis, Chili).
Elle intervient ainsi dans les domaines suivants :
- La petite enfance,
- L’accès à l’éducation et à la culture,
- L’inclusion sociale des jeunes adultes.
La Fondation Ardian finance également des travaux de recherche dans le domaine de l’éducation afin d’identifier et de développer de futures pistes d’intervention.

The Ardian Foundation was launched by the company’s employees in 2010. Under the aegis of the Fondation de France, it strives to promote social mobility and inclusion for children, teenagers and young adults from modest backgrounds.
Since 2020, the Foundation has focused its efforts on early childhood to boost its social impact while pursuing its initiatives for other age brackets.
It supports projects set up by around fifty charities in Europe, Asia and America in areas such as early childhood, access to education and culture and social inclusion for young adults in all countries where it is active (France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, China, Singapore, United Kingdom, United States and Chile).
The Ardian Foundation also funds research in education and early childhood to identify and develop future areas of involvement.
